The Folks at Golf Channel Have to Get Their Emotions Together
In the last few days, several of Golf Channel's analysts have proven some serious emotional instability.
Golf Channel analyst Charlie Rymer was either (a) candidly touched by Tiger Woods' apology toward him on Friday or (b) a real sissy. He shed a few tears on the air when talking about how difficult it was for Woods to deliver said apology in front of a bazillion people.
This on-air whimpering comes on the heels of Alex Miceli's on-air rant, calling Woods "gutless" and "selfish" after the announcement of his press conference on a Friday morning during the week of the tournament sponsored by a former sponsor of Woods'.
They say that women that spend a lot of time together eventually have menstrual cycles that are very similar. Does the same thing happen with golf analysts?

No single golfer is bigger
than the game of golf. And no 950 writer association, the GWAA, is the God of golf.
Miceli and Kupelian’s unfortunate quotes upset me. Here are a few from the GWAA president.
"The position, simply put, is all or none. This is a major story of international scope. To limit the ability of journalists to attend, listen, see and question Woods goes against the grain of everything we believe".
“The GWAA also believes strongly that its presence, without the ability to ask question, gives credibility to an event that isn’t worthy of it”.
In other words, only the GWAA can dictate the ‘terms’ of a press conference and if it is not the GWAA, the event isn’t worthy of their presence
