The app is called Tiger Text.  The application "allows senders to put a timed delete on messages. It then wipes forever the message from the mobile that sent it, the receiving handset and server."

Wait, so it will even jam that device I read about in the Sky Mall catalog every time that I fly? Yes? I'll take 10 - one for my personal iPhone, work iPhone, spare iPhone, mistress iPhone, and drug dealing iPhone, as well as a backup for each.
